FitXR is a fitness technology company at the forefront of XR, creating a movement for movement.

TLDR

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Executive to join our fast-paced startup for an initial three-month fixed-term contract. This hands-on role sits at the intersection of business operations, people operations and product operations, providing vital support across our teams and ensuring our internal processes and operations are executed and running smoothly. The ideal candidate will thrive on automating processes and driving efficiencies to reduce administrative burdens and enhance productivity.

This is an initial 3 month fixed term contract position. We will consider part-time applicants.

Where you’ll spend your time

• Execute and maintain documentation, systems and workflows across teams, ensuring consistency and proactively resolving issues to keep workflows on track.

• Provide day-to-day operational support, ensuring critical tasks are prioritised and completed effectively.

• Streamline processes across business and people operations to improve overall efficiency.

• Utilise automations and systems to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows.

What we would love to see from you

• You have proven experience in an operational role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a startup or similar setting.

• You have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.

• You excel at delivering results efficiently, focusing on balancing speed of execution with attention to detail.

• You’re skilled at identifying and implementing tools and systems that automate and streamline workflows.

• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, and know how to bring the right people in at the right time to solve problems.

• You’re analytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Logistics

At FitXR, we are a remote-first company, embracing the flexibility to move quickly, stay focused, and adapt with ease. While remote work comes with its challenges, we prioritise collaboration and strong communication to ensure our team remains connected and effective.

Our interview process takes place on Google Hangouts and tends to consist of the following stages:

• Hiring Manager / Technical Interview

• Collaborative Task

• Founder Interview

Some roles may involve additional stages, and the full process will be shared with you at screen stage
