TLDR
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Marketing Manager to join our team for an exciting temporary on-tour opportunity. Starting in Austin, TX, and culminating in San Francisco, CA, you will play a pivotal role in creating buzz, driving engagement, and ensuring successful event execution at every stop of the tour.

Travel, lodging, and meals will all be fully covered throughout the tour.
Start Date: ASAP (Austin activation begins January 25)
End Date: End of February (San Francisco conclusion)
Location: On tour, traveling to designated cities (travel, lodging, and meals provided)
Where you’ll spend your time
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote tour stops and events.
Create engaging content tailored to each location, including posts, videos, and live updates.
Partner with influencers and local organizations to expand event reach.
Cultivate relationships with local communities to build excitement around events.
Leverage on-the-ground insights to adapt marketing strategies to each city's unique audience.
Distribute promotional materials and engage with local businesses, organizations, and groups.
Work with PR teams to pitch stories and secure media coverage for each event.
Build relationships with local journalists and influencers to highlight the tour’s mission.
Produce high-quality content, including photos, videos, and written materials, to capture the energy of each event.
Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms.
Share content with internal teams and partners for real-time amplification.
What we would love to see from you
Proven experience in event marketing, grassroots campaigns, and content creation.
Strong ability to engage local communities and drive awareness in diverse markets.
Excellent communication skills, with a talent for storytelling across multiple channels.
Comfort with fast-paced environments and tight timelines.
Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
